Red Line is the predominant wind direction that will carry exhaust fumes from the proposed 114 trucks and 60 truck parking bays slated for this project over our community. All areas north of San Luis Rey River will receive these exhaust fumes and soot from idling diesel engines!
Ocean Kamp Project (Approx 92 Acres) 🔵 and Eddie Jones Warehouse Project 📌 (Approx 31 Acres). With ONLY TWO roads leading into and out of every residence north of the San Luis Rey River (Airport Community), our two ingress and egress roads will be heavily congested with traffic. This will not only affect your ability to enter or leave your home but will also negatively impact responses by emergency vehicles/personnel. (first responders)
